41 weeks---*ding*!

This is my last pregnancy post before out little or should I say, big one, is born.  Tomorrow morning we're going to the hospital and will have our baby out and in our arms!  It turns out to be pretty cool because tomorrow happens to be the National Day of Prayer.  It seems fitting that after so much prayer, it's only fitting that he or she is born on such a special day!  Because of some reasons with the baby's size and my inner pelvis size, our plans for birth have changed.  But we have come a long way in our emotions and accepting it.  God obviously has different plans than ours and he seems to always be teaching me this lesson.  So finally, at 41 weeks, *ding*!  Baby has been cooked plenty long!  Next up, pictures of the little bambino/a!

Touche, Anika!
The "Ding!" is hilarious! Even though the last few days haven't been quite so humorous.

You are SO right: God's plans and ways are not always the same as ours. But you and Jon are right to trust Him in this, although it can be tough to face and believe that you and I are NOT in control. God is. And I'm extremely GLAD for that!!!

Happy baby trails to you tomorrow and sweet dreams tonight! xoxoxo

Hi Sweetheart,
I see your picture and my first thought is, "Oh, my back would be getting so sore." So, you will be glad for a baby in your arms, and your hips and all to start returning to normal.
I'll be praying all day on this National Day of Prayer (since I'm also having a Snow Day...first one EVERY in May!) for you and the baby!
