Yes, I made Oreo Cheesecake Cookies last night! My mom had sent me a recipe a few weeks ago and I was waiting for a good time to make them. So, if you love Oreos and cheesecake, these are a keeper!

If you spotted it, horray! I creamed and mixed my ingredients with one mixer attachment. Sad. I have never loved this mixer, it's always been off-kilter. Well, I noticed one of the attachments was separating and oil was seeping out; can't have that while making treats! So, I moved on with one attachment and a little bit of muscle to make up for the missing one.
Num!

I did make these for a purpose other than our own eating. I brought them to school for a bake sale and I heard a lot of people wanting the recipe, so it seems to be a good one!

Oh yummmmmers! So, they DID turn out that way? if so, I'm very glad I passed it on. The real test is if the "Cheesecake Boy" liked them! Huh?
