Thanksgiving with Ginny and Family

I intended to put these pictures up quickly, but after packing for a full week and now nannying for another full week, I've had a lot on my plate.  So, I'm only loading part of our Thanksgiving vacation.  The morning we left, we headed to my brother's place to visit their new little one, Ginny.  Since Jon and I are a first time uncle and aunt, we were surely excited to spend Thanksgiving with them.  Emily's parents were also there from Arizona along with my parents, so it was a nice sized group.

Auntie Anika and little Ginny!

Uncle Jon, Auntie Anika, and the little sleepy one. She was so good all throughout Thanksgiving.  My brother is magical because he quickly calmed her the only time she started to get upset.

Those new parents look good!
Happy Thanksgiving!

After dinner, we went up to my parents house for the rest of the weekend.  I am always aware how much I miss the country, but it hit me even more when we arrived home.  I loved the fresh, crisp air,  and how the wind moved through the trees making them rustle.  Then, looking up at the clear sky and seeing so many stars without all the light pollution around was magnificent.  I have always enjoyed the sky whether it is night or day, I could stare at it for hours.  I remember coming back from Korea and realizing how much I had missed the blue sky and now I realize it coming from a more light polluted area.  Anyways, enough of my tangent.  My next post will be some pictures of while in Birchwood, unfortunately, I really didn't take too many, but instead soaked up the time we were there!  We hope you all had a good Thanksgiving wherever you might have been!
